- Starting with this version, the program works with Unicode characters, and the 64-bit version was also created. Old versions of CAD programs that do not support Unicode format have been removed.

- It was introduced the possibility to choose the style of the windows.
- The SensPoly command has been introduced to change the starting point and the direction of points of some polylines.
- The TabParc command has been introduced to display the TopoLT land plots in the table.
- The DxfExp command was introduced to export the drawing in dxf format with the ability to filter entities on the layers.
- Coordinate tables can be exported to Microsoft Word or Excel.
- At saving and loading coordinates the XML file format was entered, and the RTF file format for saving the coordinates from the tables.
- The ProjM3D command can now project POINT entities and TopoLT points on the 3D model.
- At the ARR command, the table with the analytical calculation of the area is saved in a file with the RTF format, respectively arr.rtf.
